Consul General congratulated Mary Kom on her winning Gold Medal at the Asian Women's Boxing Championship

Five-time Women’s World Amateur Boxing Champion and Olympic Bronze medallist, India’s boxing legend and Member of Parliament Mary Kom won the Gold Medal in 45-48 kg weight category at the Asian Women's Boxing Championship held at Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam from November 2-8, 2017. She defeated Kim Hyang Mi of Democratic People’s Republic of Korea in the final match on November 8, 2017.
