In the view of celebration India@75, the Consulate General of India in Ho Chi Minh City is organizing the Webinar “India - An Emerging Global Power and Its Relationship with Vietnam”, scheduled on Friday, 13th August, 2021 at 14.30 hrs (Vietnam Time), 13.00 (India Time) on the platform Zoom Meeting.

The event is aimed to enhancing the understanding of the people of India and Vietnam, especially for government officers, lectures, think tanks and students in the field of international relations to profoundly know the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership of two countries. The event is honored to welcome the special Guest Speakers to deliver on the following topics:

• Amb. Shyam Saran, Former Foreign Secretary of India: “India as an emerging global power"
• Dr. Ton Sinh Thanh, Former Ambassador of Socialist Republic of Vietnam to India: “Milestones of the Comprehensive Strategic Partnership between India & Vietnam”
• Prof. S.D.Muni, Foreign Policy Expert of India: “Foreign Policy of India in the last 75 years”
• Assoc.Prof. Hoang Van Viet, Director of Thai Center, University of Social Sciences and Humanities, VNU-HCM: “Vietnam’s on current India’s foreign policy and future development prospect”

The webinar also welcomes the participation of HE. Mr. Pranay Verma, Ambassador of Republic of India to Vietnam to share the special remarks.

Là hoạt động đầu tiên của sự kiện chào mừng India@75, Tổng Lãnh sự quán Ấn Độ trân trọng tổ chức buổi Tọa đàm trực tuyến “Ấn Độ - Cường Quốc Mới và Mối Quan Hệ Đối Tác Chiến Lược Toàn Diện Với Việt Nam”, vào ngày Thứ Sáu, 13/08/2021 vào lúc 14 giờ 30 (Giờ Việt Nam), 13 giờ 00 (Giờ Ấn Độ) trên nền tảng Zoom Meeting.

Chương trình nhằm tăng sự hiểu biết chung của nhân dân Ấn Độ và Việt Nam, đặc biệt đối với những cán bộ đối ngoại, nhà nghiên cứu và sinh viên trong lĩnh vực quan hệ quốc tế có thể hiểu rõ hơn về mối quan hệ Đối tác Chiến lược Toàn Diện giữa Việt Nam và Ấn Độ.

Tổng Lãnh sự quán Ấn Độ hân hạnh được đón tiếp sự tham gia của các vị diễn giả với các chủ đề được thảo luận tại chương trình:

• Nguyên Đại sứ Shyam Saran, Nguyên Thứ trưởng Bộ Ngoại giao Ấn Độ: “Ấn Độ như một cường quốc mới” “
• TS. Tôn Sinh Thành, Nguyên Đại sứ nước Cộng hòa Xã hội Chủ nghĩa Việt Nam tại Ấn Độ: “Những cột mốc thể hiện mối quan hệ Đối tác Chiến lược Toàn diện của Việt Nam và Ấn Độ”
• GS. S.D.Muni, Chuyên gia Chính sách Đối ngoại Ấn Độ: “Chính sách ngoại giao Ấn Độ trong 75 năm qua”
• PGS.TS Hoàng Văn Việt, Giám đốc Trung tâm Thái Lan, trường Đại học Khoa học Xã hội và Nhân văn ĐHQG-HCM: “Góc nhìn của Việt Nam về chính sách đối ngoại hiện nay của Ấn Độ”

Bên cạnh đó, chương trình cũng được đón tiếp ông Pranay Verma, Đại sứ Cộng hòa Ấn Độ tại Việt Nam cũng có bài phát biểu đặc biệt trong sự kiện này.
