World Food India 2017 from 3-5 November 2017 at New Delhi

World Food India 2017 will showcase the country’s vast resource base, growing food processing sector.  It provides the ideal platform to connect Global and domestic industry leaders, administrators/policy makers, trade bodies and farmer organizations.

India allows 100% FDI through automatic route in food processing; and retail marketing, including through e-commerce, of food products that are produced and / or manufactured in India. There is proactive policy support and single-window clearance for projects.  A dedicated investors portal has been set up by MoFPI aimed at easing the process for investors: http://mofpi.nic.in/ and a dedicated investment promotion and facilitation agency called Invest India has been set up by the Government: http://www.investindia.gov.in/
