Dr. Vipra Pandey
Dr. Vipra Pandey joined the Indian Foreign Service in 2011. As a career diplomat, he has served in various capacities in the Indian Missions in Brussels and Kathmandu and in the Ministry of External Affairs in the Administration and Finance Divisions.
Dr. Pandey obtained a Bachelors Degree in Science from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi University. He also has a Masters degree in Mathematics from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi and a Ph.D in Mathematics from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. He also worked as an Assistant Professor in St. Stephen’s college for a year before joining the Indian Foreign Service. He is married to Akanksha.
