ITEC Programme
The Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation (ITEC) Programme, established by the Government of India in 1964, is a flagship capacity-building initiative of the Ministry of External Affairs. Each year, ITEC offers nearly 10,000 fully-funded scholarships through over 400 courses at 100+ prestigious institutions across India, available annually and throughout the year.
With a legacy of training more than 200,000 professionals from 160+ countries, ITEC provides opportunities for professionals to enhance their skills in areas such as governance, IT, healthcare, and more. During the COVID-19 pandemic, ITEC adapted by introducing online training, benefiting thousands globally.
In addition to regular courses, ITEC offers customized training programs tailored to specific national requirements, as well as innovative formats like eITEC (online training), ITEC-Executive (for senior officials), and onsite programs delivered by Indian experts.
Administered by the Development Partnership Administration-II Division of the Ministry of External Affairs, ITEC continues to connect nations through capacity building and India's expertise.

General Eligibility Criteria for ITEC Nominees:
To qualify for the ITEC program, nominees must meet the following requirements:

Age: Between 25 to 45 years old.

Language Proficiency: Must have a working knowledge of English.

Work Experience: A minimum of five years of professional experience is required.

Program Participation: Candidates should not have previously attended any course sponsored by the Government of India.
How to apply for ITEC Scholarship course
Step 1: Apply for your interested course and fill up the online application at: https://www.itecgoi.in/upcoming_courses
Step 2: Submit a printout of the filled application to the Indian Consulate in Ho Chi Minh City along with the following documents:

ICCR Scholarship
The Government of India offers fully-funded scholarships to outstanding Vietnamese students to pursue Undergraduate, Postgraduate, and Ph.D. programs in India under the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR) Schemes. These scholarships cover a wide range of subjects (except Medical, Paramedical, Fashion, Law, and 5-year Integrated Courses) and include notable schemes such as:

AYUSH SCHOLARSHIP SCHEME:
Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India announces AYUSH Scholarship Scheme for pursuing Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses in Ayurveda, Unani, Siddha & Homeopathy, B.Sc in Yoga, BA in Yoga Shastra, Ph.D in Yoga and Ph.D in Ayurveda in Indian Universities / Institutes / Colleges.

ASEAN FELLOWSHIPS
In recognition of the deep and historical ties between India and ASEAN, India's foremost technical education centers, the internationally renowned Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) welcome aspirants from ASEAN countries to apply for PhD fellowships. Applicants apply online on this portal. Those selected get a chance to finish their PhD with funding at par with their Indian counterparts from the Government of India. HINDI SCHOLARSHIP
Promotion of Hindi Abroad Scheme:
India offers two (02) slots every year to students from Vietnam to study Hindi language under the Scheme of Promotion Of Hindi Abroad. The scheme is administered by the Kendriya Hindi Sansthan (KHS), Agra under the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India.
The candidates selected for award of scholarship are granted admission by the Sansthan at its headquarter at Agra. The Scholarships provided by the Sansthan include airfare (economy class) both ways by shortest route, a scholarship of INR 6000/- (INR Six Thousand Only) per month and books grant of INR 1000/- (INR One Thousand only) per annum. Staying in a hostel is compulsory. No one will be allowed to stay outside. Candidates must note that only vegetarian Indian food will be served in the hostel i.e. roti, dal, rice and cooked vegetables. It is not permissible to allow any candidate to go back without completing the full academic term.
The Embassy of India would like to invite those who are interested in studying Hindi to apply for the scholarship and send their applications to the Embassy of India, Hanoi. The applicants are required to be between 21 years to 35 years. Knowledge of Hindi language is a priority. The candidates should be willing to stay in India at Agra for the full academic term and it will not be possible to consider any request for allowing the candidates to stay in New Delhi under any circumstances. Requirements of documents are as below:

3. Attested copy of educational qualification Degree/ Certificate.
